As of October 2020, they were open for walk-in customers.
The craft center is located in downtown Clifton Forge where Commercial Street meets Ridgeway.  If you can't find on-street parking, there is a large free parking lot, one block over, behind the hardware store complex which takes up several old store fronts.
Clifton Forge is an old railroad town located in the "Alleghany Highlands", or Alleghany Mountains, of western Virginia.  Interstate 64 and US Route 220 cross there.  There are a variety of other eaterys & shops in town, and Clifton Forge is the home of the C&O Railway museum.
